Rassasy is an old word, which has the same roots as satiate or satisfy. To rassasy, someone is to satisfy them by giving them a meal or to satiate their hunger with food.
I chose this word as the title of this blog because I wanted to share my stories, experiences and recipes for good food and satisfy your hunger.
I grew up in Switzerland, and now am studying food in London. So I know a bit about what I am talking about. I have always loved eating and learning about food. I promise to make your mouth water and your stomach growl when reading these stories.
I will post when I have time and when I find or make something really good.
